Question 5

Question 12

I arrived to pick up mail and no one was in the office — when will staff be available?

Accepted Answer

We are usually available during business hours and often Saturdays for pickup. If the suite was empty, email or call (561) 509-1000 and we will arrange a time. Google hours are not always a perfect guide.

Is weekend pickup available by appointment?

Accepted Answer

MyOfficeBoca is usually open Saturdays for mail pickup. Email or call ahead if you need a specific Saturday time.

Question 14

Do you offer holiday hours or closed dates for pickup?

Accepted Answer

Holiday staffing can vary. Email or call before a holiday visit. Saturdays are usually available for pickup in a normal week.

Question 15

Can a non-U.S. resident use My Office Boca as registered agent?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A non-U.S. resident can use My Office Boca as registered agent for a Florida LLC, or for a company formed abroad that registers to do business in Florida. Florida requires a staffed street address in the state, so a home address outside the United States cannot be the registered office. See the Florida registered agent rules for international founders for how the agent address differs from a mailing address.
