Question 1

What exact address format should I use on mail, state filings, and bank applications?

Accepted Answer

For your company mail and most banking use:

Your Company Name
7781 NW Beacon Square Blvd., Unit 102 VXX
Boca Raton, FL 33487

Replace VXX with your assigned unit. For the Registered Agent line on Sunbiz (when we are your Registered Agent), use MYOFFICEBOCA LLC at Unit 102 only, without your personal V unit.

Question 2

What address should appear on Sunbiz as my principal office and mailing address?

Accepted Answer

Use the Boca Raton street address with your Unit 102 VXX (as shown in your welcome letter) for principal office and mailing address, unless we advise otherwise for your filing.

Question 3

What address should appear on the Registered Agent line on Sunbiz (if MyOfficeBoca is my Registered Agent)?

Accepted Answer

Registered Agent name: MYOFFICEBOCA LLC
Registered office address: 7781 NW Beacon Square Blvd., Unit 102, Boca Raton, FL 33487
Do not put your personal V unit on the Registered Agent line.

Question 4

Do I put my personal V-unit number on the Registered Agent / registered office line?

Accepted Answer

No. The Registered Agent / registered office line should be MYOFFICEBOCA LLC at Unit 102 only. Your V unit belongs on your company mail and typically on principal / mailing lines.

Question 5

Can I use the Boca Raton address as both Principal Office and Mailing Address on Sunbiz?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many Florida LLCs list the MyOfficeBoca address for both principal office and mailing address.

Question 6

What happens if I list the wrong address format with USPS or Sunbiz?

Accepted Answer

USPS may return mail, and Sunbiz filings can be delayed or incorrect. Update the address to the exact format in your welcome letter (including your V unit where required). Email ab@myofficeboca.com if you need the correct string for a specific form.

Question 7

What individual name should I enter in the Sunbiz “Registered Agent Signature” field?

Accepted Answer

Enter Alper Behar when MyOfficeBoca is your Registered Agent.

Question 8

What exact Registered Agent name and address should I enter on Sunbiz / INHS18?

Accepted Answer

Name: MYOFFICEBOCA LLC
Address: 7781 NW Beacon Square Blvd., Unit 102, Boca Raton, FL 33487
Signature field: Alper Behar

Question 9

Do I use Unit 102 (not Suite and not my V-unit) on the Registered Agent line?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use Unit 102 on the Registered Agent / registered office line. Do not use Suite, and do not add your personal V unit there.

Question 10

Will you sign the INHS18 Registered Agent acceptance form and return it?

Accepted Answer

When we are your Registered Agent, we handle Registered Agent acceptance as needed for your change filing. Email the form or Sunbiz details to ab@myofficeboca.com and we will confirm the steps for your case.

Question 11

Does listing your address as principal/mailing (with a third-party Registered Agent) trigger the $125 Annual Registered Office Fee?

Accepted Answer

The $125 Annual Registered Office Fee applies if you use our center address as your registered business / registered office address without our Registered Agent subscription. Using us only as principal / mailing with a third party Registered Agent is the usual pattern that avoids treating us as registered office. When in doubt, email ab@myofficeboca.com before you file.

Question 12

What is the $125 Annual Registered Office Fee in the usage agreement?

Accepted Answer

If you use our center address as your registered business / registered office address without a Registered Agent subscription from us, we bill $125 per year as the Annual Registered Office Fee. The proper way to use us as registered office is to take Registered Agent (included in Advanced, or $17.99/mo on Essential).

Question 13

What is the difference between registered office address and principal office address on Sunbiz?

Accepted Answer

Principal office is where the company principally operates / lists its main office. Registered office is the Florida address of the Registered Agent for service of process. If we are your Registered Agent, registered office is MYOFFICEBOCA LLC at Unit 102 (no V unit). Principal / mailing often use your Unit 102 VXX.

Question 14

Will using your address alone as Registered Office without the Registered Agent package be allowed?

Accepted Answer

No. You may not use our address as registered office without our Registered Agent subscription. Doing so can trigger the $125 Annual Registered Office Fee and is not the approved setup.

Question 15

Can I list multiple DBAs if they share one EIN?

Accepted Answer

Often yes under one company agreement when they share one EIN. Email every exact trade name to accept. Separate legal entities still need separate plans.
