Question 5

Is there a minimum contract term, or is service month-to-month?

Question 6

Can I prepay for 12 months of Essential and get a discount?

Essential is $39.99 per month before taxes and add ons. A full 12 month total depends on taxes, any prepaid discount, and extras such as Registered Agent. For an exact all in quote, email ab@myofficeboca.com.

Question 9

What is the lobby listing / company name display add-on, and how much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

We do not publish a standing nonprofit or founder discount. Email ab@myofficeboca.com if you have a special situation and we will tell you what we can do.

Do you offer shared workspace or day-office access with the Essential plan?

Accepted Answer

Essential includes discounted day office and conference rates, booked as needed. It is not unlimited shared coworking by default.

Question 14

Can I tour the facility before purchasing a plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Email or call to arrange a short visit to Suite 102.

Question 15

Is the Essential (formerly Silver) plan enough for me?

Accepted Answer

If you will collect mail yourself and do not need a Registered Agent, Essential ($39.99/month) is enough for most people. If you want a Registered Agent, choose Advanced ($79.99/month) or add the Registered Agent add-on to Essential ($17.99/month). The old “Silver” name has been replaced by the current plan names: Essential / Advanced / Ultimate.
