Advanced ($79.99/mo) includes everything in Essential, plus weekly mail forwarding (overnight or USPS), one free conference room or podcast studio use each month, your company name displayed in the lobby, and Registered Agent service.

Most clients use month to month service that renews automatically until you cancel. Annual prepaid options may be available. Check the plan you select at checkout. To manage or cancel, go to myofficeboca.net and click on Members.

Is there a cancellation fee if I cancel month-to-month service?

There is no separate cancellation fee for ending month to month service when you cancel with proper notice before the next billing period. Unused months are generally not refunded. After cancel, remove the MyOfficeBoca address from Sunbiz and other listings so you are not billed for post termination address use.

For typical month to month service, go to myofficeboca.net and click on Members to cancel before your next billing date so you are not charged again. The usage agreement also has notice language (including a one month notice schedule under Term). If your term is longer than month to month, different notice may apply. Email ab@myofficeboca.com if you want confirmation for your specific term.

Yes. Many clients use the Boca Raton address as their principal and mailing address on Sunbiz and for banking so their home address stays private. If MyOfficeBoca is also your Registered Agent, use our Registered Agent name and Unit 102 address on the Registered Agent line (not your personal V unit).

After a successful payment you should receive a welcome email with your complete mailing address and unit number, usually the same day. If it has been more than a few hours, email ab@myofficeboca.com with the email used at checkout.
